We hope you absolutely love your Casa de Diamante piece. However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we do offer returns under the policy below.

Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including jewellery box or pouch).

• We do not accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or altered.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in preparing every order, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@casadediamante.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your package.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for your bank to process the transaction.
