  • UK orders: Arrive in approximately 4-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders: Arrive within 10-15 business days, depending on your location.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — standard UK delivery is free on all orders.

International shipping is a flat rate of £10.99.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or edit orders once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming.

5. Will I need to pay customs fees for international orders?

Your order may be subject to local duties or taxes upon arrival. These are not covered by Casa de Diamante and must be paid by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your returns policy?

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

2. How do I return an item?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
